Nationwide across Pakistan.
Free on orders over Rs 3,000. Below that, a flat charge shown at checkout before payment. No surprise fees at the end.
Major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan: two to three working days.
Other cities and towns: three to five working days.
Remote areas: five to seven working days.
Orders placed before 2pm usually ship the same day. Orders after 2pm, or on Sunday and public holidays, ship the next working day.
You get a tracking number by SMS and email when your parcel leaves us, and you can check status any time under My Account → Orders.
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Have the exact amount ready where possible.
If your parcel has not moved for more than two working days, or tracking says delivered and you have not received it, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier.
If it arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening further and send us the images.
