Where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.
We ship across Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are dispatched from Peshawar. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Sunday and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
These are courier estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, strikes and public holidays can add time.
Free on orders over Rs 3,000. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Available nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your order is dispatched. You can also check status on our track your order page.
Couriers make up to three attempts. If nobody is available, the parcel returns to us. For cash on delivery orders refused without reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund the item and cover the return cost.
